Beef

Beef are raised 100% on our farm and participate in rotational grazing to regenerate soil

We have generations of experience raising cattle, which has established an understanding of factors such as selecting best candidates for our meat program, and determining a nutrition plan for the animal that supports proper growth and development for high quality beef cuts.  We have our animals processed at local provincially-inspected processing facilities.

Beef can be purchased by the cut, in a meat package ($100+) or we occasionally are able to sell a side (“half”) or “quarter” of an animal. The cost is $7/lb of the carcass weight. Please email to inquire.
